Salkhit wind farm
Salkhit wind farm is located 10 km from the camp and is the only one in Mongolia, opened in 2013. On the Salkhit tour, we bring visitors to show the colossal wind farm built on picturesque landscape of Salkhit Mountain. Visitors are generally amazed by these 31 gigantic wind turbines that seem towering above the sky from the ground. What makes this tour special is that visitors can experience it on three levels. First is it’s gorgeous scenery. Second, visitors can witness this marvelous modern technology. Finally, of course, the horse riding experience on this nature reserve landscape.
